Section 1: Membership Guidelines

Our memberships combine personalized skin therapy, professional home-care guidance, and treatment planning through the SKN Method: Stabilize, Kickstart, and Nurture. Each membership has defined benefits, treatment options, and a minimum commitment designed to support consistency and meaningful progress.

SKN Access | $75/month

Membership term: 12 months. This full-year commitment provides total flexibility to bank monthly credits and care for your skin at a comfortable, steady pace.

• Includes a monthly virtual coaching session with your provider OR

• Your monthly $75 membership credit may be applied toward the 60-minute Discovery, 75-minute Essential, or 90-minute Advanced facial.

• Unused credits may be banked for up to three months. Each credit must be used by the end of its third month. For example, an October credit must be used by December 31.

• Credits that exceed the three-month usage window expire. Please plan appointments accordingly.

• Treatment selection and modality recommendations are subject to professional assessment and provider approval.

• Your provider will use the SKN Method to assess your skin’s current condition and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.

• Personalized home-care regimen guidance and 10% retail savings are included.

• Banking credits provides flexibility in scheduling and treatment selection; consistent care remains important for progress toward your skin goals.

SKN Essential | $225/month

Membership term: Six months. A six-month commitment creates a rhythm of consistent, nurturing care to support your skin's natural renewal and build gradual progress.

• Includes one 75-minute Essential facial per membership month.

• Includes a personalized home-care regimen and 15% retail savings.

• Complimentary facial waxing includes up to two facial waxing areas per visit, as appropriate.

• Treatment recommendations are guided by your skin’s condition, goals, and response to previous treatments.

• The six-month commitment supports consistency and allows time to evaluate your skin’s response to ongoing treatment.

Skin Advanced | $375/month

Membership term: Three months. Designed as an intentional, targeted series of corrective care to focus deeply on your skin's priorities and achieve meaningful results.

• Includes one 90-minute Advanced facial per membership month.

• Includes a personalized home-care regimen and 15% retail savings.

• Complimentary facial waxing includes up to two facial waxing areas per visit, along with brow tinting, subject to suitability.

• Eligible complimentary touch-up sessions may be recommended by your provider when appropriate to your treatment plan.

• Advanced modalities, corrective treatments, elevated Aviva rituals, and wellness or recovery enhancements are selected according to your skin’s needs, treatment goals, and clinical suitability.

• The 90-minute appointment includes all selected treatment steps and enhancements. Because individual modalities require different amounts of time, not every service or enhancement can necessarily be combined in a single appointment.

• Your provider may recommend prioritizing one modality over another, modifying the planned service, or arranging an appropriate follow-up session when clinically indicated and approved.

• A requested treatment may be postponed, substituted, or adjusted when your skin requires a different approach. Membership benefits do not guarantee eligibility for a specific procedure at every visit.

Provider-Directed Treatment Policy

All Aviva treatments are guided by professional skin assessment and the SKN Method. A requested procedure may be deferred or modified if your skin’s barrier condition, recovery status, tolerance, or other relevant factors make it unsuitable at that time.

When a planned treatment is not appropriate, your provider will explain the reason and discuss suitable alternatives. Depending on your membership, treatment goals, and clinical needs, this may include a different modality within your scheduled appointment or an appropriate follow-up session.

Your provider’s recommendations are designed to prioritize skin integrity, treatment safety, and progress toward your goals while respecting your preferences.
